I have a passion for all things IT related and worked as a software engineer in operations, analysis, monitoring and development. I am currently specialized as a ServiceNow Developer and also have experience with in-depth analysis and debugging, along with both back-end and front-end development while adhering to the AGILE methodology (SCRUM). A catalog administration application. It fully presents and allows the creation and modification of catalog categories and items directly through an easy to use interface.
The Mobility project built on top of the ServiceNow platform. The development done on the platform included working on UI pages, scripts, workflows and translating the requirements to business rules and policies to implement the full process for the application's usage.
As a replacement for current internal satisfaction surveys, a Survey Bot was developed that is interactive, quick and modular with instant feedback capabilities. The application is available to all internal users. It was also embedded within IT applications to allow direct feedback.
The purpose of this tool is to provide an interface for generic tasks done by the operations team. These tasks require manipulation of the data for supported CRM applications through connecting to the respective database.
The graduation project is a smart control system for two 10-story elevators that is optimized to use both elevators without wasting trips.
